Please understand that Medirect Latino Inc is very close to my heart. What you have missed is that the company has agreed to turn over all assets of the company to the creditors. What you have missed is that the company cannot cure the default. What you have missed is that they are funding them till Nov 2oth one week from today. I do not think that Medicare will have an answer by then. Please understand that I have a rather large block of shares and most are still restricted till March of 2008. I do want this company to succeed. I just had to take a portion of my free trading shares off the table as a moral thing to do under these circumstances. At this point I can't even use them as a tax loss.
