Your arrogance is stupendous. Look, it's not that civilizations thrived in spite of religion, there are NONE that did so without religion. If you think otherwise, name the exception. To me it's utterly incomprehensible that a thinking person could be as arrogant as you are. You live and breathe in a world that you cannot explain the genesis. Is it really credible to you, that the universe just is, having no creation or meaning aside from the fact that it exists, and is seemingly governed by natural laws that themselves have no genesis.
