What is this person telling you? In my opinion this email is filled with negatives and the only positive I see is it is grammatically correct.
It's how you proceed from today that can change the future of tomorrow. Do nothing expect nothing. Motion is the key to this "Awareness". Organization (our universe) is a sub-set of Motion.
