The story I got from Gene is what I posted. The Dragon deal was for shallow rights only, Gemini retaining deeper than the base of the Paluxy if memory serves. So, if this lease were in the Dragon package (for which the other 24 mil was never paid), it went back to Gemini and now the deal with Hall-Hargraves.

If anybody can make a successful Cotton Valley wildcat in the area my money would be on Greg Hall. You may know him, he's a super neat guy. He helped me with a farm out many years ago and I've always appreciated his candor and intelligence.
