bbq, In regards to REGSHO, I have a couple of questions.

1) On the removal of the "grandfathered" shares, how are the new 35 'settlement' days calculated? Is it days the market is open? or calendar days? or something else. I'm trying to figure out exactly when this "really" hits the threshold stocks.

2) After the 35 days, the broker-dealer(s) that have not yet delivered, are supposed to deliver (even if they have to purchase on the open market) or they will not be permitted to take any additional short orders for that stock. Is this interpretation correct? Since other broker-dealers can still short the stock will this really be effective?

Good Luck, TIA
DJ
