Those people to say that it is more complicated to file 8K in case of Pinkies then in big board stocks. They are not realizing that it is far less complicated to prepare such filings in Big boards then in Pinkies where they have few million or zero revenue. Filings become difficult when filer has some thing to hide. That is plain and simple.
