Just got off the phone with both Mr. Licis and Mr. Sajac

Mr. Licis' attitude was that he isn't paid by them anymore, so he would only refer me to Mr. Sajac without giving me any information...

Mr. Sajac made a lot of general comments. He made it sound like the plans are still in place, but I got the impression that they aren't the company's priority. He made it sound like they've done everything and now its up to the FCC...

He mentioned that an 8-k will be going out to declare Mr. Licis' 'resignation'. He didn't give a reason for the resignation.

My plans are to sell and wait to see an otcbb uplisting. I don't think this company's stock will go anywhere without it since the promotional plans are conditioned on the uplisting.
