OK. It doesn't seem to be intuitive to expect over $1. Well I guess if they R/S which is expected even by longs at some point. Let's say the stock is trading at the nice price of .10 and they RS by a factor of 20, making it $2. Then I guess GGI would have 20x fewer shares, or 3 million divided by 20 = 150,000. They sell them for $2 a share making only $300,000 back of the $3 mil they paid. Doesn't seem to be a very good deal for them.
Now if you want to suggest that the shareprice will naturally increase to over $1 a share, that seems like a real leap.
Please remember, I am honestly not trying to bash here as some have suggested. I really do wish this stock to do well and for everyone to make tons of cash, and that may very well happen. I am absolutely sincere about that. But I still don't see how that answers the question of the GGI $1 shares.
I imagine I may get more replies about this and I don't intend to reply to many, if any of them, because I honestly don't wish to harp on this. I will just look to see if there are any further takes on the original question and leave it at that, OK? I hope that makes my intentions more clear.
Best,
CD
