I'm not a real fan of revisionist history, so let me get this said.

Back when Turek approached Murphy to purchase ProMold didn't Murphy do his sellers Due Diligence regarding the veracity and viability of Turek to purchase his company??? Didn't he research the Florida curbing acquisition??? Wasn't he aware of the lack of SEC filings that were not submitted??? Didn't he know about the lack of audited financials??? If not, why not?? Seems to me, where so many lives are at stake, he would have done that, right?? There are two sides to every story... not just the winning side.

Murphy was paid over 71% of the purchase price for Pro Mold up front ($2.5M is a lot of cash Due Diligence). Then the first $125K payment. That makes $2.625M paid.

After the new high end injection machines were installed (see movie in iBox... and who was it that bought one of them?) the total value added became over $3M. Thats over 75% of the $3.5M purchase price value added.

I believe that after all that mutual Due Diligence there was an agreement of "Good Faith Dealing" if I recall correctly, at the closing. I am not certain about the Good Faith exercised on either side. Lets hope that you never get your house 75% paid off and miss a single payment only to find the bank auctioning your place and unwilling to discuss payment in good faith.

All I know is that 12,000+ long investors have little to show for all their faith in either side of the ProMold/Plasticon deal.

The new trustee will certainly have access to the DTC Weekly SPR data in addition to the US Trustee's Exhibit 8 which holds the TA's list of issued certifcated shares. Those two documents should provide unambiguous indications of the number of street name shares oustanding and the number of street name shares issued. I and other shareholders should demand an audit and if those numbers are not the same, determine once and for all why they are not the same.

I have already made an email request for such action to the US Trustee. I will repeat that formally to the CH11 Trustee, and to the BK court if need be.

If I and the other long investors are to pay such a high price, we have earned the RIGHT to know if this company's stock was manipulated, and by whom.
