Down below is a link to the best resource I know about these devices. Without knowing your specific needs or environment, it's hard to recommend a specific device, but I can tell you the best price/performance/low-power devices all use a MRVL processor ;o)

For quick picks, I would look at the Buffalo LinkStation Pro or the Maxtor Shared Storage II. If you have a wireless router you should be able to pull this device into your network and access it via you wireless network.
