Okay, my point was obviously not made clearly enough. I am well aware of all the pertinent definitions.

My point was, Pawson could increase the A/S so that he could then issue himself enough shares to be the majority holder. I know that he is not the majority holder just because he increases the A/S, but if he then issued shares to himself, they would be outstanding and he would retain control. Or another thing could be he increased the A/S to give the illusion that he could retain control to try to make the new guy think he was fighting a losing battle in trying to get a controlling interest.

For the record, there was a reason I didn't bring this wacky theory to IHub, because I knew I wasn't prepared to argue all of the aspects of it without more research, and I am comfortable posting it on Allstocks, because I am more familiar with the posters (and vice versa) there.
