Payless I have done my DD on Spooz before you ever heard of the company and please do not forget it. If you can get me Wall Street Finances address or even the name of the president then I'll give the site a second look. Maybe one of the fellow board members can see who it's registered to and we can start from there. As for them disclosing they have shares has more to do with Uniformed Security Act/fraud matters then a burning desire to be transparent, Please oh Please tell me PL what they base those projections on, Strick surely did not say it.. From the others who were at the share holders meeting no one said there was a statement from Paul or anyone in the company in respects to the 450 million projection for 2008. If you read those disclosures on the about us page of the WSF site and had any securities industry experience you would see why I am skeptical of WSF..
