If Bio and MCCY are in a legal battle which Bio stated today in their PR then do you think it was smart to publicize the specifics? Can you say contempt of court?
They also denied that MCCY had a world wide licensing agreement which was clearly stated on BioCognisafes's website for weeks which included MCCY's PR.
Could that be considered contempt of court again?
