Cole...here's the fun part with GTEM.PK. The Dynamic Duo will not declare BK. Why? No assets!! No nada!!! A judge would deny their petition except for liquidation...which they're not going to do...K&L will gladly accept .13 to .01 per share in lieu of zip. The end is near but they've saved the best for last!!! Cheers!!!
