I never said Downshire wasn't scum and didn't pump the stock for someone else to sell. I am just stating that Downshire is a group of small time crooks in the scheme of things and didn't own the shell. I would hate for Downshire to get the credit for what was pulled off when all that happened is that they worked for someone else and played the stock accordingly. They are way to dumb for anything more then that.
