A motherboard maker builds an out of spec board that does not meet electrical and other specs. Using Droid logic this is considered a processor bug instead of a defective motherboard.

Great logic there. Say it once and it "automagically" becomes true.

The AMD aviary of fans is the most important manufacturing facility for AMD.
