Thank goodness SPZI is not hyping their stock as the article suggests and selling shares into the price rise. Proof? They have no more stock to sell and have been very up front in informing shareholders of their intent to increase the OS.

Overall, the article does depict an accurate climate of many Pink Sheets stocks. The owner of Pinks is trying very hard, as was discussed last week, to help investors determine which companies are more likely to do as this article states, pump and dump. I doubt this affects us at all.
