southtexan, wasn't trying to correct you, you said you were going to report to the State AG. I would think you would want to give him the correct data.

There is a vas difference between being "HALTED" by the SEC and having a clearing house, not clear shares for trading.

You know like a hurricane is "RAIN" but then again, so is drizzle.
