when I become a market maker I might make markets on the TYX/TNX/TLT, because liquidity there is as dry as the Alabama fields.

Why can't they transferp liquidity in? E.G., make markets in the TLT and then hedge the TLT w/ TYX/TNX/TLT options? Do the same with the futures.

This is how the YM futures got started. And look at them now.
