watching MM BOFA at TOP ASK for over a month now leads me to believe he may NOT be a true seller

BOFA is simply capping ERHE so not to rally - pegging us in a trading range

BOFA rarely hits the bid - but does sell stock to the buyers who come to his ASK price

He does seem to back up with excessive buying

BOFA gets out of each buying rally only to reappear once the buying has ceased

BOFA is also very patient and will stay for hours and hours at one set price

prior to the 2003 - 2004 - 2005 rallys up to .90 MM NITE acted the same prior to the run up

then it was MM NITE that led the buying rally up

the big question is WHY ????

who calling the shots at BOFA ???

what is this odd behaviour really about
