Yes it would Imperial... I hope I am wrong, but I have worked in too many tech companies with lawyers that like to take their sweet time dotting every i and crossing every t before we can sign off on an agreement.

If we assume that this quiet period is due to some large deal or investment, then it would seem possible there is significant lawyer involvement in a contract. If lawyers are involved then all bets are off on a speedy resolve.

I know that Spooz would probably want a quick resolve, but when you are in a room full of lawyers arguing about the wording of a contract, it can take weeks...or months...

I hope I am wrong and this resolves in the next few days.
