Last touch of 13 week High Low Line.
(Used to determine stock's weekly trend)
Today NVLS joined SNDK with a touch of it's LOWER 13 WHL line.
All others last touched there HIGHER 13 WHL line.

Translation:
Nearly all SMH stocks are still very bullish
But watch out for SNDK and NVLS
