Capstone International Corp. Announces Shareholder Approval to Rename Company First National Power Corporation and Completion of 1 for 7 Forward Stock Split

(OTC Bulletin Board: CSNI) announced today that further to its announcement January 8, 2004 that it had acquired all the assets of First National Power Corporation, the Company has approved a resolution to change the name of the Company to First National Power Corporation. The Company has notified its legal Council to take all necessary action to formally adopt the new name and request a new Trading Symbol. The Board of Directors had requested the name change to reflect the company's recent acquisition and to better reflect the expansion of management's commitment to a clean environment and for the world's need for an affordable renewable energy source. Capstones acquisition of First National Power will allow the Company to expand its focus on the international market for energy conservation and savings, both in remunerative and ecological resources and meet the growing demand for clean, renewable sources of power around the world.
