Wilf will do what he should have done a long time ago. He is going to lay off most of the divers and cut spending in a big way. Cancel all operations in Florida and concentrate a small team in the DR. Maybe have a few guys for survey work on the upper east coast wrecks maybe. Things his highness should have done a long time ago before things got so bad. Im not sure if a thief can survive on these guidelines long. He will have to set up another scam soon or he will probably lose hismind. Maybe that is what this split stuff is if that even happens.
