I dont care one way or the other. I buy low and sell high.Thats the only thing that matters.Scams or not. The last 5 years many of the naysayers said that NSS and FTD's did not exist period. It was always nafarious deeds by company officers that were the culprits, now we are finding out that this has not always been the case. Now we see that not only do NSS and FTD's exist, that the problem is rampant given the electronic nature of trading now. The SEC is taking steps now finally, but in the past they knew this problem existed but failed to administer punishment to the perpetrators. Now the Hedge Funds are failing and markets are suffering because of this. The SEC is apparently agreeing with RA and others who have always said that NSS and FTD's are serious problems. Why is it that these deeds by Hedge Fund managers and Brokers and other financial institutions are not hammered by yourself and others? It would appear that they are just as guilty as CEO's.
