The wind farm industry may be more interested in a long term lease due to the high equipment outlay in a wind turbine.

I don't know much about 'em, but I would suspect that a wind company would not appreciate having to come tear down their wind turbine after one year if you decided to not renew the lease.

Just a thought, though, as like I said, I don't know much about the business.
