Great post Flatsixer and a dead on perfect synopsis of these BB and Pinksheet stocks.
Most of the time the stock is not really a scam, it just appears to be because people lost money. The blame game and denial sets in.
I just don't see any possible way RRGI can pull a turn-a-round off. Stock price too low, startup money already spent, financing nearly impossible for any kind of real money. The only way out is a complete sell out of the company and let a larger entity take it for nearly nothing and make something out of it.
