Question: What is the range of maximum penaties that could be levied against the company should the DOJ or SEC determine that wrong doing has occurred that violates the FCPA requlations or securities laws by previous ERHC Managment in it's dealings with foreign nations.

We have seen articles posted where small and large companies have received fines ranging upwards of 26Mil to small slap on the wrists.... Do the company lawyers know what the maximum ranges are that could be levied. I doubt we would get a definitive answer but it would be nice to understand the possible powers of the fed to levy punishments.
