That was an answer to a question that asked me if I intended to sell my I-6 shares AFTER they were distributed at sometime in the future. How can I be a majority shareholder in a corporation that has issued no shares and is not authorized to issue shares. It is not that complicated, this one I can handle without the SEC attorney's opinion.
