I wonder if the lard butt Terrell has filed any partnership sales documents with the NASD? Since he is effectively soliciting and collecting money for the fundation from his Dallas office, he is bound by the same rules anyone else would be. The Fundation is in essence a partnership the way Terrell and the Donkey boy Pedro describes it. I think this might be what does Mr. Blimpey in.
