Overall Sysmark score is (as it should be) the geometric mean of these two (square root of the product).

Geometric mean of 2 and 7 is (2+7)/2 = 4.5
Square root of the product is sqrt(2*7)= 3.7416573867739413855837487323165

In general, sqrt(a*b) = (a+b)/2 when a=b.
