I am at a loss as to why the pps rose from sub penny to 0.025 and now seems to be holding well around the 0.02 range, with the sustained ack of info we've had

Someone is definitely keeping the pps up, and I hope good things are just around the corner, but my feeling is, if this is real, we won't hear anything until late August when the plant is up and running and the contract with AM Polymers is initiated.
