zigfraud,

A majority of the shares initially issued for ISNX (283 million) had a very "Ziglike" connection. (Phoenix Performance Enhancement Group, TE Martens, Anquan Boldin, Jamir Miller, the entire MTDX Board of Advisors, and pretty much everyone who was ever in a Motion DNA PR.

I do not know the structure and who was issued shares when the issued to the maximum of 450 million prior to doing the 25-1 RS to get to the current (or so they say) 18 million share count.

I would guess it would be safe to say that there has been some in-fighting amongst the ranks over the past year or so (and can you blame them, ZZ is part of the ranks, I can't imagine anyone being satisfied with business dealings with Zig, can you?)

At some point it appears Jason, the Pines, Raul Martinez etc. wanted to take their ball home and quit playing nice with Zig. They (Jason and a couple others) formed a new Arizona LLC to put the software into (the JZZI "shareholders" own absolutely nothing - not that the software actually belongs to anyone other than groups affiliated with Phillip Cheetham, at best, maybe some front end interfaces were developed by Jason, but not the motion capture software)

In addition to creating an entity to put the software into, they went out and hired a new fraud expert - John D'Acquisto (see initial links in the iBox, more will come as I have time) - and are preparing on running their own business - whether or not their intentions are to run a motion analysis business, or a share printing business is still TBD, but the red flags are definately flying high.

As for who is still involved with whom?, be your own judge, but do note who the contact person listed for this recent (3 weeks ago) Motion DNA seminar, none other than than current JZZI Director of Education, Michael Hernandez. Coincidence?

Also, Zig is still promoting Motion Analysis licensees, as well as "season 2" of his TV show (which doesn't exist BTW)

My personal opinion, they are competing against each other now, but the real business they are competing in is that of printing and selling shares, motion capture just happens to be the same hook.

Be your own judge and GLTY.
