i use td and bought mpwe about 3 weeks ago at .0006 and had no problem selling at .0015 today. i was able to buy back again today at .0014 a little later thinking it was ready for the second run. "had to sell out at .0013 for a loss". u might ought to call tdameritrade and ask why you were unable to buy but yet others had no problems.
