[E] MD: I don't agree with you on either. I also think you're chasing ghosts. If someone defamed your associate, there is a remedy: sue them. So, they read the posts themselves, instead of hiring a third party. Minor detail. They're just showing the posts, not writing them. (I hope). They could have read an article in Newsweek and brought that up. So? do they have to hire a third party to read Newsweek? I doubt it. It's up the judge to decide 'who cares'. I don't think judges usually let people go on 'insinuating-fishing-expeditions' on bulletin boards. That's common sense. It would make no sense and waste time. UNLESS, there is a REAL QUESTION about whether Marco-Rodrido exist. That's rather important, obviously. But, that is in YOUR hands, not theirs. They insinuate, but you can crush them with one inexpensive action: Someone appears in court.

Paul hired Rodrigo, right? So, pull Paul in court and ask him if Rodrigo exists. What's he going to say, No? How can he? He was chatting up investors while Rodrigo was signing press releases.

Judges and the SEC DO take bulletin board posts seriously when they contain 10b violations. There is a long list of RB-YAHOO-ECT SEC enforcement actions. But, just chit-chat about who is who?

Blah.

If they go further and actually SAY your associate is lying, produce Marco-Rodrigo and sue. I'm sure you have a lawyer or can sue on your own. We've seen lots of that! This is only my opinion, but it seems common sense, doesn't it?

You should love that they are doing this, if you're right and if you are who you say you are.

If you're not right, I could see the problem.

You seem to fight with fury around the periphery, but where and what is your main case? Why don't you fly Rodrigo or Marco up and finish it off?

Is that too obvious to suggest?

Also, I don't agree with your insinuation about possible highjacking of the press releases of Telatinos. Serfdom and and others have first hand knowledge that the press releases were NOT highjacked. Because the agent of Telatinos, past CEO, and past director was calling Sefdom WHILE the PR was being released. Did he say "Don't listen to the PR, it was highjacked by crazy foreigners?"

No. He backed it up. And Serdom passed it on to the public.

Done.
