The fact is, this stock at one point was not PR driven, they have real assets and real financial backing (10mil), the bid for this company is real untill proven different, the bottom was .024 with shakeout to .017, this is not a chart play its a PR trust issue, and when HMIT verify its assets, this company is worth the 2.15 buyout.
