I think there's an important fact that's been overlooked

AMD’s stock has kept near the low end of this range during periods it has been losing money, which excluding Q4’03 is the
current state of affairs.

So they think that going from 170k to 500k A64's is going to cause earnings to go from .02 to (.05) ?

I don't get it although this is what I'd expect from a Market Maker.
