Has anyone been able to get their shares certified for the CWR dividend and have you received them on the exchange yet?

What PDR's are currently being offered on the exchange and what are their current market prices?

Has anyone been able to get money transfered back to the U.S. yet and/or gotten an update on their transfer request?
