chaosmaster, I see no problem on this issue. Firstly MSTI is in the fold & is an operating entity. TKO does not have to purchase ISP or any other service. it is all in the mix. TKO can do it all themselves & are installing on a daily basis as fast as they can. It is all under full control & of no concern.
