Ruby...Re Board of Directors.
Both S Freed and Electick have said that the BoD is disfunctional. Jetter was specifically named as being a serious problem. I'm not expecting them to do anything positive for shareholders. We will win (make money) only because they (and Offor) win. We're clearly on the tip of the tail of this big dog....oops I mean minnow.
