The president's letter of June 8th mentions version 1.6. So, apparently this is the version that was produced by eSilicon and TSMC. Also, most likely it is the version to be, or already delivered to Extreme Copper.

This may not be as much of a departure from course as per my first impression. I only did a quick read as I had to leave very early to take my dad to cataract surgery.
