Probably won't wind up being a bad move. I generally dont like to cost average down, I have learned my lesson the hard way many times before and I would rather exit and reenter the position. But I know nothing, this stock has me completely baffled.

I do see optionsexpress.com has TKO halted, but the halt isn't showing up on nasdaqtrader or anywhere else I can find.
