Murano, Silvestri and Silvestor told me it was the promotors that did it. Now it begins to make some sense.

So, put two and two together here. The prmoters are Astom or Eade/Smith. The R/S is done by them to prepare the new shell and give them a hundred million shres. You can bet they are protected from the Reverse.

There is not a hope in hell that DLII is not complicit in this, even though as naive as they are, they agreed to it as part of the price for the sell. But you can bet your booty their hands are tied. Astrom or Eade will have made verty certain that if they F/S now they will be screwed, not out of rancour, but because the former WPRO directors' pay off is tied up in going forward from here. The money has yet to be made.

Somehow we are going to be able to figger this play out, hopefully ahead of time.
