Jefferson was probably just asked to vouch for us from Ms. Wilson and had nothing to do with us getting what we had in 2001 or again in 2003 and certainly not from the recent JDZ deals SEO got.

Good Point about the Gov't waste on this and how the bigger $10 Billion No Bid Contracts go unchecked .. vs. little us and a $100k political contribution to which STP's Menezes will keep quiet I'm sure .
