Popeye, I'm curious about something. I was looking at the silver lease rates, and the 1-month showed a rate of -.06%. What is up with that? I thought the rates always had to be positive, not negative. The six-month was strange, too, showing an increase of .70; however, the actual rate was only .41%. Are these rates accurate? They just seem a little strange...
