Still waiting for another happy hour event. My definition of happy hour is 2M shares traded within an hour, with a positive effect on pps.

Perhaps the buyback is being managed competantly after all, as others have suggested. Thus, solidifying the price, prompting retail re-interest, but keeping in mind the need to buy many shares as cheaply as possible (the buyback).

We shall see. They certainly have given all short interest (if any) plenty of time and opportunity to cover.
