Info on listing requirements for various exchanges and/or listing services (e.g., OTCQX)

OTCQX Prime: Minimum $0.25 share price
OTCQX Premier: Minimum of $1.00/share
AMEX: Minimum of $3/share
NASDAQ: Minimum of $4 or $5/share INITIALLY, then $1/share for continued listing.
NYSE: Minimum $1/share w/ market capitalization of $50M+
OTC/Pinks: No minimum share price required
