Mide, that was a great post. Hopefully, ego will take a back seat to taking care of the business at hand. For the short-term, they need to work together while NMC is being established.

Longer term, who knows? If the relationship continues to be strained, will 51% owner, VPN want to continue dealing with a volatile supplier? No way if NMC is doing well.
