True RED, however the DoJ when asked yesterday about the long [2 year] process for Jefferson - they responded they felt the process went swiftly and international schemes usually take many or several years to bring legal actions

I would live nothing more for the DoJ/SEC to give us the all clear

but this pending / on going crap may continue to drag out
