For those interested I think a storm is being formed on RGNO. TD + Etrade are restricting buys, company recently increased A/S we are seeing huge volume and big blocks trading and we are hearing a PR campaign will start shortly..Companies dilute in the run..and we havent started running yet. I think we see double digit PPS real soon JMHO :)
